1. Medicare has plenty of money when we stop the waste of money at the Medicare bank. It is the Medicare bank that must not continue to pay for financial scams, civil or criminal/illegal or unethical. The Medicare Bank must not continue to waste money for illnesses caused by deliberate discontinuance of gas or electric for nonpayment to utility companies. (There is a better way to get utility companies paid without wasted expense to Medicare.) And more. (Soon)
2. There must be a Cabinet Level Secretary appointed for victims of financial scams/financial wrongdoings-civil or criminal/illegal or unethical action(s) against them. (Soon)
3. The mistake of no financial funds immediately available for victims of financial scams/financial wrongdoings-civil or criminal/illegal or unethical actions against them urgently needs to be corrected now. This will save enormous amounts of money for healthcare. (Soon)
